What is the difference between Social and Regular?

Social is an organised session that you join as a participant. Regular reserves a court for you or your own group.

What happens when a social is full?

Eligible sessions can offer a waitlist. When a place becomes available, it can be offered to the next player according to the configured rules.

Coaching

Are coaches verified?

JPS is designed to capture verification/accreditation status and qualifications. The final evidence and approval workflow is configured by the platform administrator.

Hosts

Can I run recurring socials?

Yes. Recurring social series are managed independently of recurring court reservations so each future session can be controlled safely.
